The FM12CXA is a low-profile coaxial stage monitor designed specifically for live sound. It is equipped with a 2 x 700W digital amplifier, a high-power 12-inch coaxial neodymium transducer with a 3-inch voice coil made to ensure the onstage performers receive crystal clear audio reproduction even in the loudest of venues. The FM12CXA can be also used as a portable PA system or flown in permanent installation settings, thanks to an integrated pole mount socket and rigging points. To control the response of the speaker in different applications, Sound Barrier incorporated 4 DSP presets that can be modified via PC. Constructed with Baltic Birch plywood and finished with an extremely resistant paint, the FM12CXA is ideal for extensive use on the road. The combination of a high-performance coaxial transducer, carefully designed cabinet, and powerful electronics provides a very high SPL before feedback and great intelligibility even at high power.
